Before the main event, I handle the saree pre-pleating and outfit styling so you do not have to stress about messy drapes or loose safety pins. I focus on spotlight finish makeup that handles stage lighting perfectly while keeping your skin breathable, so you can enjoy your ring ceremony instead of worrying about your foundation.

Your engagement or ring ceremony is often the first big event of the wedding season. It is where you want to look polished but still feel like yourself. My approach is simple aagi (simply put): we focus on what makes you feel beautiful. Whether you are wearing a traditional Kanjeevaram, a Langa Davani, or a modern gown, I customize the makeup and hair to match the vibe of your outfit.
The Makeup Process
For engagement looks, I typically use a spotlight finish. This is designed specifically for flash photography and stage lights, ensuring you don't look washed out in photos. I use high-quality products like MAC, Huda Beauty, and PAC that are long-lasting but skin-friendly. If you are worried about heat or long hours, I use techniques that are sweat-proof and heat-resistant.
Styling & Comfort
Makeup is only half the battle. I also take care of:
- Saree Pre-pleating: If you are wearing a heavy silk saree, I pre-pleat and pin it so it stays crisp the entire time.
- Hairstyling: From soft romantic curls and messy buns to traditional braids with fresh flowers, we decide on the look during our consultation.
- Outfit Prep: I use double-sided tape for deep necklines and ensure your jewelry is placed comfortably.
