I teach skills beyond the basics. From perfecting a subtle groom's look to handling mature skin with care and mastering long-lasting airbrush techniques, I help you add these essential specializations to your professional toolkit at my Dwarka studio.

Groom makeup is all about subtlety. I'm demonstrating how to groom eyebrows on a male model using a clear mascara or a spoolie with a bit of hairspray for a natural, clean look.

When doing groom makeup, maintaining a professional distance is key. I teach my students to be respectful and make the client comfortable, especially since the bride is often in the same room.

For groom makeup, I never use an orange color corrector. I teach how to use a concealer that is a few shades darker than the skin to cover spots for a much more natural finish.

You don't need a separate kit for groom makeup. I teach my students how to use the products already in their professional vanity to create a clean and polished look for grooms.

For groom makeup, you don't need to carry multiple compact powders. I show how to use the same loose powders you use for bridal makeup to set the face lightly and naturally.

Applying moisturizer is the first step for groom makeup. I demonstrate the technique of applying a layer and massaging it in quickly, as you often have only 10 minutes for the entire look.

Here, I'm showing the proper way to apply moisturizer on a groom's face. It's important to cover all areas and massage it in, even the under-eyes, with any leftover product.

Many people are confused about airbrush makeup. I explain that it's a technique for applying a long-lasting silicone base, but all other steps like contour and eye makeup are done manually.

When doing groom makeup, never forget the area where the hairline meets the skin. I show how to blend foundation lightly in this area to avoid a visible line.

For mature skin, a smudged liner is often better than a sharp wing. I'm demonstrating how to create a soft, smudged look that defines the eyes without emphasizing fine lines.

About Pro Skills: Airbrush, Mature Skin & Groom Makeup

When I teach groom makeup, I emphasize one golden rule: avoid orange color correctors. Using them on men can make the skin look unnatural or zombie-like instead of polished. I show my students how to use a concealer slightly darker than the skin to spot-correct imperfections, ensuring the look remains subtle and natural. It is exactly the way a groom needs it for a quick, 10-minute session.
