Mastering Makeup Artistry Through Real-World Practice
Don't just watch videos—learn by doing. In my classroom, we skip the rote learning and focus on daily practice on real faces, ensuring you gain the confidence to handle any client, any skin type, and any situation.
This is what a typical day in my class looks like. I demonstrate techniques up close and students practice them immediately. Here, we are focusing on precise eye makeup application.
I believe in intensive, hands-on guidance. Here, I'm showing a student the exact motion and pressure needed for perfect lash application, a tricky but essential skill.
Understanding the difference between pink and yellow undertone foundations is crucial. Here, my students are swatching products to see and feel the difference for themselves.
A basic but critical technique in eye makeup is setting the base. I'm explaining to my students why you must powder-lock the concealer before applying eyeshadow to prevent patching.
I give my students direct and honest feedback on their work. This transparency is how they learn to spot their own mistakes and improve with every look.
Creating natural-looking brows is an art. I'm teaching a student how to fill brows with light strokes instead of drawing harsh outlines for a softer, more modern look.
To be a pro, you need to know the right terminology. I teach my students the anatomy of the eye, from the crease line to the transition area, so they can understand and execute any look.
Here, I'm giving my students feedback on their first full-face makeup practice. I point out what's working and where they need to improve, like blending the lower lash line.
My course is all-inclusive, which means you also learn the basics of hairstyling. Here's a glimpse into our hairstyling class, where students learn to prep hair on a dummy head.
I use a whiteboard to explain the theory behind eye anatomy. Understanding the 'transition area' and 'crease line' is fundamental before you can start creating gradient eyeshadow looks.
About Inside the Classroom: Hands-On Learning
In my classroom, I don’t just demonstrate techniques; I watch you do it. If you make a mistake with a brush stroke or blending, we fix it right there on the spot. This isn't about watching demos, it's about building the muscle memory you need before you ever face a paying client.
I believe in avoiding 'bhed chaal' (blindly following trends). You don't learn artistry by watching someone else hold a brush, which is why my course is designed around intensive, daily hands-on practice.
We cover the technical essentials: skin science, sweat-proof base creation, and color theory, moving quickly into advanced eye artistry like cut-crease, halo eyes, and classic smokey looks. Because I keep my batches small, I am right there with you to guide your hand if you're struggling with a difficult foundation blend or a winged liner.
We also dive into the business reality. You will learn the unglamorous side: how to edit your own content, manage client inquiries, and run ads. By the end of the course, we conduct a professional portfolio shoot, so you have real work to show, not just classroom exercises. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this course prepares you for real client work, not just social media pictures. Jab tak hai jaan, I am here to help you get started.
