An athlete's longevity depends on a healthy body. We provide integrated support including on-site physiotherapy, fitness training, and education on proper warm-ups, cooldowns, and injury prevention techniques like the PRICE method.

We are Bangalore's biggest indoor multi-sport facility, located in HSR Layout. We offer 8 BWF-approved badminton courts, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, cricket nets, a modern gym, a kids' play zone, and a fully stocked sports shop.
