About Magic Workshops for Kids
Why I Do This
I got into magic because I wanted every kid to feel wonder, not just the ones with money or connections. One small boy once told me, “Bhaiya, magic is only for the rich.” That stuck with me, and now, I run these workshops to break that idea. I just want kids to laugh, try something new, and feel awesome about it.
What Happens in My Workshop
My sessions are all about getting your hands dirty (not literally, chill!). We use everyday things like cards, ropes, tissue paper - nothing fancy. Kids pick up simple tricks they can do at home, and the best part is, they get to show off in front of their friends. It’s not just about “how did you do that?” but also “look how confident I am.” I mix in confidence building magic classes for kids with basic performance skills, so even shy kids feel good.
Performance, Not Just Tricks
I know how scary it can be to stand in front of people. I teach small tricks for beating stage fright - practice, pretend everyone’s cheering, and a bit of deep breathing. I always ask, “puriyutha?” If not, I slow down or try again. When the crowd goes “joragi chappale hodibeku!” that’s when I know we nailed it.
Who Can Join?
Anyone aged 5 and above, seriously. I’ve had kids from preschools, summer camps, and even special sessions for differently-abled kids. I tweak the session depending on the group’s vibe.
My Story, Quick Version
Started off saving up as a paperboy to buy my own magic props. Faced some tough times, but magic helped me bounce back. If a kid walks away inspired, I’ve done my job.

My Story
Hi, I’m Pradeep Tyson. Magic found me when I was 15, saving up for props and learning tricks from YouTube at a cyber cafe. My first show? Nearly ran for the exit! Friends pushed, I survived, and the stage became my second home. Aviation was my dream, then COVID changed everything. Magic took over, especially after a kid said it’s only for the rich. That’s how ‘Magic for Happiness’ and Little Smiles began. When I’m not performing, I’m cruising on Juliet, my Royal Enfield.
