A truly rich stain requires patience and the right environment. My signature process involves a triple-sifted, natural Sojat henna paste that is free from harsh chemicals. Once applied, I use a medical-grade tape to secure the design. This creates a warm environment on the skin, which is crucial for the pigment to penetrate deeply.
Most brides wonder why their stain varies. Factors like your skin type, ambient room temperature, and how long you keep the henna on matter. I always provide a lemon-sugar sealant as an added step to keep the henna moist longer, allowing more time for the stain to develop.
