Candid Birthday Party Photography in Mumbai

When I am at your venue, I am not looking for posed portraits. I am looking for the story of the day. My photography style is documentary, which means I prioritize capturing genuine expressions—the surprise on a child's face when the cake comes out, or the way friends interact during games.

The Logistics

I provide coverage for up to 4 hours, which is usually the sweet spot for a standard birthday event. This includes a two-person team: one photographer and one cinematographer. We use professional full-frame Sony Alpha gear, which is critical for getting clear shots in banquet halls where lighting can often be dim or uneven. You will receive 100-150 color-corrected, high-resolution soft copies delivered digitally, plus a 3-5 minute cinematic highlight film set to music.

Why Candid Matters

Kids are rarely still. If you try to force them into studio-style poses at a party, you will end up with stressed children and unnatural photos. By blending into the background, I get the shots that actually represent the energy of the event. Whether you are hosting at a clubhouse in Navi Mumbai or a garden space in South Mumbai, I bring the same kit and energy to ensure every giggle is documented.

What You Need to Know

My packages are straightforward: you get the event coverage, the edits, and the cinematic reel. I do not include hard copy prints or physical albums in these base packages, as most parents prefer sharing digitally on social media or WhatsApp. If you have specific shots you want, like a group photo with grandparents or a specific family setup, just let me know before the event starts so we can carve out ten minutes to make those happen.
