We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or discrimination of any kind. We have clear procedures for reporting and addressing any issues that arise.
We promote gender-neutral partnering roles. We allow dancers to choose if they want to lead, follow, or switch, ensuring there are no assumptions, only preferences.

One of the biggest anxieties for new dancers is not having a partner or feeling like an outsider. That is why we enforce a mandatory rotation system in all our classes. You will be dancing with everyone in the batch, which not only builds your lead-follow technique but ensures that no one is ever left on the sidelines or feels out of place.
