About Newborn Portraits (The First 5-15 Days)
During your 3 to 4-hour studio session, the focus is entirely on your baby's comfort. I keep the environment temperature-controlled and quiet, allowing ample time for feeding, soothing, and sleep cycles so we never have to rush through the poses.
Capturing The First 15 Days
The ideal window to photograph a newborn in those signature, curled-up poses is between 5 and 15 days old. At this age, babies naturally retain their fetal position, making it the perfect time for safe, artistic portraits.
The Studio Experience
My studio sessions in Yelahanka are built around one priority: your baby. A session typically lasts 3 to 4 hours. This is not about me rushing for the shot; it is about giving your baby the time they need to feed, settle, and fall into a deep sleep. Whether it is a quiet morning or a fussier afternoon, I work with their rhythm, not against it.
Safety and Styling
I handle all the creative choices, from the props to the wraps. My wardrobe is filled with knit rompers, bonnets, and fabrics specifically chosen for newborn skin. Safety is non-negotiable. I use specialized techniques to ensure baby poses like the froggy or womb are done comfortably.
I also welcome parents and siblings for portraits. We can incorporate meaningful family moments into the setup, using soft, natural fabrics for mother's draping. Whether you prefer a clean, minimal look or a fairy-tale scene with delicate florals, we will create images that feel like a gentle memory of your baby's first days.
