Choosing between embroidery and screen printing isn't just about the look. For professional, long-lasting branding on heavier fabrics like jackets or caps, we always suggest embroidery. If you are doing large-scale promotional t-shirts where cost and comfort are top priorities, screen printing is usually the better bet for your budget.
When you are planning custom apparel, the process is simple but it matters. We work with you to pick the right fabric density, like 220 GSM for polos, which feels premium but handles regular wear. For our Bangalore climate, cotton blends are often better than 100 percent heavy synthetics because they breathe better and stay comfortable through the day.
We don't just print logos. We look at the fabric texture to decide if a screen print or an embroidery stitch will give you the cleanest output. A logo that is too small for embroidery can look messy, so we might suggest a heat transfer or print instead. We do all of this in-house at our Chandra Layout location, which means we can show you samples and mockups before we start the full batch. This prevents nasty surprises when the order finally arrives.
