We often get asked about how our fruit displays stay so fresh during long events. It is all in the timing—we prep and arrange these artistic pieces on-site just hours before your guests arrive, ensuring every fruit, flower, and garnish looks perfect and crisp the moment the celebration starts.
Whether it is a Dohale Jevan (baby shower) or an intimate wedding gathering, the way food is presented changes how guests experience the celebration. We move away from standard buffet visuals, focusing instead on storytelling through food. For our Dohale Jevan setups, we incorporate traditional elements—like carved watermelons or lotus-inspired fruit bowls—alongside modern treats like chocolate-dipped pretzels or candy ferris wheels.
We utilize decorative stands, mirror-finish trays, and themed props to add depth to your table. Our Cloud Set Up is a recent favorite, using cotton-soft visuals and mini-trains to hold candies, which works perfectly for capturing younger guests' attention.
