My Coaching Approach, Awards, and Client Success
Coaching is not about me giving you advice. It is about asking the right questions so you can find the answers within. Here is a look at my methodology, my professional path, and the milestones that define my work.
Before I was a coach, I was a counselor who felt the pain when I couldn't solve someone's problems. Coaching taught me a different approach: asking powerful questions to help you find your own solutions. My job is to enable you to solve your own problems.
I am proud to be a certified Life Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This certification represents my commitment to professional standards and my dedication to helping people through a unique and result oriented process.

About My Approach, Awards & Client Success
Most people come to me expecting me to fix their problems. That is not coaching. My approach, validated by my ICF certification, is to act as a mirror. I ask the questions that help you see your own behavioral loops, especially the ones causing repeated friction in your relationships. We do not just talk; we use specific NLP techniques and spiritual anchors to rewrite your reactions, moving from emotional exhaustion to clarity.
Moving from Counseling to Coaching
Before I became a certified life coach, I was a counselor. I used to carry the weight of my clients' problems, trying to solve them myself. That was when I realized the hard truth: when you solve someone’s problem for them, they do not grow. Coaching is different. My ICF (International Coach Federation) training taught me that the only person who can truly solve your problems is you. I am simply the catalyst who asks the strong, uncomfortable questions that force introspection.
My Philosophy: Choice Over Circumstance
Whether you are dealing with toxic family dynamics or are stuck in a midlife transition, my approach is grounded in the belief that happiness is a choice you have to make daily. We do not use clinical, detached methods. Instead, we look at your life through the lens of Indian family realities, societal pressures, and spiritual wisdom from sources like the Bhagavad Gita.
Recognition and Impact
Being recognized at forums like the Woman Leaders Forum and Icons of Asia is an honor, but these awards are not just for me. They represent every woman who has chosen to step out of the victim mentality and rebuild her self-respect. My sessions are about results. If you feel like your emotions erupt like a volcano or you are constantly struggling with your inner critic, we do not just manage the symptoms. We work on the root cause so you can reclaim your safety and sanity.
How We Work Together
My goal is to give you a roadmap. Through 1:1 virtual sessions, we identify your emotional triggers, separate them from your current reality, and assign specific 'home assignments' to help you practice new ways of communicating. You will not find corporate fluff here, just practical tools to help you stop compromising and start living.
