About Behind the Moves
Forget stiff gym mirrors and silent rooms. When you walk into our Rohini studio, you will find green walls, neon signs, and a group of women who are more interested in nailing that hook step than counting calories. We record group videos at the end of every session, not because they have to be perfect, but because they are proof that you showed up, sweated it out, and had a total blast.
The Fityug Vibe
We believe that if you aren't smiling, you aren't doing it right. This isn't a place where you stand in the back hiding behind others. We started Fityug on Radha Ashtami with one simple goal: to make fitness and dance feel like a party. Whether it is our high-energy Bollywood fitness batches or our weekend workshops, the goal is always the same—to get you moving.
What Happens Inside
When you join a session, here is what you can expect:
- The Warm-up: We start with high-energy beats to get the blood pumping and the mood lifted.
- The Routine: We break down trending Bollywood songs into easy, manageable steps. If you have two left feet, we are here to guide you one step at a time.
- The Social: It is not just about the dance. It is about meeting people, making friends, and having a support system. Our 'Saree Days' are a fan favorite, where we dress up just for the fun of it.
- The Wrap-up: We finish with a cool-down and a fun group video. You can take that home to show your family or post it to your socials.
