I approach every wedding not as a photoshoot, but as a film production where you are the lead actors. My 3 to 4-member crew focuses on being invisible, using high-end 4K mirrorless cameras to capture genuine exchanges, like a quiet laugh during the Haldi or the nervous anticipation before the Baraat, rather than forcing stiff poses.
When you choose a cinematic approach, you are looking for more than just a chronological record of the day. You want the atmosphere of your celebration to translate on screen. My style is a blend of candid observation and directed portraiture, ensuring we capture the raw emotion of the ceremony alongside the stunning aesthetics of the venue.
The Process
We arrive with a team of 3 to 4 professionals, including a lead director and a traditional videographer for continuity. We use 4K mirrorless Sony Alpha cameras and professional audio recorders for vows and speeches, ensuring the audio is as crisp as the visuals. We are comfortable navigating various cultural traditions, from Sikh Anand Karaj and Hindu pheras to South Indian and Christian ceremonies.
Deliverables
Every project is crafted into a 3 to 5-minute cinematic trailer and a 20 to 40-minute long-format film that tells the complete story. We provide two rounds of revisions on all edits to make sure the final result feels personal to you. You can expect your final films delivered via an online gallery within 10 to 12 weeks.
I am based in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, but I travel across India for destination weddings. Please note that for outstation projects, travel and accommodation costs are handled by the client. We do not provide raw footage to ensure the quality of the final, curated storytelling experience.
