As technical director, I'm proud to partner with India Khelo Football to bring international scouting workshops to Mumbai, giving young players the opportunities I never had.
About Pathways to Professional Football
Getting scouted isn't magic, it is about being in the right environment when the scouts arrive. We partner with organizations like India Khelo Football to run on-ground workshops in Mumbai for players aged 14 to 21. When you join our senior program, you are not just training for fitness. You are getting assessed with GPS tech and video analysis, so when a trial opportunity pops up in Thailand or the I-League, your performance data is ready to speak for you.
Your Path to Pro
Growing up in Mumbai, we loved the game, but the pathways did not exist. You played for the love of it, but getting an assessment from a professional scout was unheard of. We changed that. Today, our academy is not just a place to train, it is an incubator for talent.
Why Partnerships Matter
We do not just hold practice sessions, we build relationships with professional leagues and scouting organizations. Our partnership with India Khelo Football (IKF) brings international scouts directly to our Mumbai turf. This is for players aged 14 to 21 who want to go beyond the local league and actually compete for scholarships or professional contracts.
The Reality of Trials
Professional football is brutal. It requires discipline, tactical intelligence, and a high work rate. When we take you to a trial, your technical ability is assumed, so we are looking for game smarts. Can you read a 1v1 situation? Can you handle the pressure of a 90-minute high-intensity match?
Before you step into a trial, you will go through our internal system:
- GPS Tracking: We measure your distance covered and sprint speed, giving you a performance profile.
- Video Analysis: We review your game tape to fix tactical errors.
- AFC Coaching: You are being groomed by an AFC A License holder who knows exactly what pro clubs are looking for.
This is not about hope. It is about data, preparation, and showing up ready.
