About From Delhi to Your Doorstep: Outstation Rentals
When you book from outside Delhi, I plan your rental days strictly around your event date to avoid any last-minute stress. We courier the outfit well in advance so you have buffer time to try it on, and you only pay rent for the day you actually wear it, not for the transit time. If you need any minor adjustments upon arrival, just let me know and we will guide you through it.
How Outstation Rentals Work
I have sent outfits to cities across India and abroad. The process is simple because I want you to be as confident in your outfit as if you were standing in my Pitampura store.
1. The Virtual Selection We hop on a WhatsApp video call. I walk you through the racks, show you the ghera of the lehengas, the quality of the embroidery, and the fabric finish. You can ask me to zoom in on the sequins or compare two colors side by side. It is just like shopping with a friend who knows the stock.
2. Perfecting the Fit Measurement is the biggest worry for outstation clients. Don't worry. I provide a simple guide on how to take your chest and waist measurements. If you are unsure, we guide you on a video call. My team handles the alterations based on these numbers before packing.
3. Safe & Timely Delivery Whether it is a bus, train, or courier, we pack your outfit in a sturdy, protective garment bag to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it left the store. We schedule the dispatch so it arrives 2 to 3 days before your function, giving you time to steam-iron it if needed.
4. Return Process Once your event is over, just pack it back in the same box. We manage the return pickup or guide you on the easiest way to send it back. You do not pay for the days the outfit spends in transit, only for the event day.
If you have a cousin or a friend in Delhi, they are more than welcome to visit the store, try it on for you, and handle the booking. Otherwise, trust me, I have done this hundreds of times.
