We believe shooting is a decision we show with our body. Our coaching, led by Olympian Suma Shirur, focuses on building the mindset, discipline, and technical precision needed to excel from the range to the podium.

About Expert Coaching & Mentorship
Our coaching goes far beyond hitting the bullseye. We combine technical drills, like SCATT analysis for our elite shooters and grip correction for beginners, with mental conditioning sessions. Whether you are dealing with pre-match nerves or refining your breath control, you get direct feedback from our coaches, ensuring you are not just learning to shoot, but learning to perform under pressure.
At Lakshya, we view shooting as a journey that requires equal attention to the mind, body, and spirit. We don't just teach you how to handle a rifle or pistol; we teach you how to handle pressure.
Our Approach to Coaching
Our training philosophy is built on the belief that confidence is a skill you develop through repetition and correct technique. We offer structured programs that cater to every level:
- For Beginners: We focus on the fundamentals—safety, stance, grip, and aiming. Our introductory camps remove the 'fear factor,' helping young athletes gain the stability and focus required for the sport.
- For Serious Athletes: We move into advanced territory. With access to Megalink electronic targets and SCATT analysis, we provide data-driven feedback on your aim path and trigger operation. We don't guess what's wrong with your shot; we use technology to show you.
- Mental Conditioning: Physical skill is only half the battle. Our sessions incorporate yoga and mindfulness, teaching you how to stay calm when it matters most, whether you are at our Vashi range or competing at a state championship.
Facilities and Access
We maintain high-standard AC ranges in Panvel, Vasai, and Vashi to ensure you can train comfortably in any weather. Our coaching team, including mentors like Olympian Suma Shirur and Prof. Sunny Thomas, is present on the range to guide you through every session. We keep our batches manageable so that every athlete receives individual attention, whether you are a junior joining for a summer camp or an elite shooter prepping for the national circuit.
