The Path to the Podium

We believe that competitive success is a byproduct of how you train daily. Our athletes go through structured coaching that covers more than just firearm mechanics. We utilize SCATT analysis for precision tracking and electronic target systems to simulate the exact scoring environment of national-level competitions. This ensures that when our shooters step onto the line at the Maharashtra Rifle Association Championship or the CISCE regionals, the experience is familiar, not intimidating.

Training for Every Level

We support shooters at all stages of their journey:

• Novice & School Level: We introduce young athletes to competitive structures early, focusing on the basics of safety, posture, and match temperament.
• State & National Circuit: For our competitive shooters, training becomes intensive. This includes modules on breath control, trigger operation, and consistency drills that shave milliseconds off reaction times.
• Masters & Open Categories: We foster inclusivity, proving that age is never a barrier to excellence, as seen with our senior shooters winning gold in masters categories.

Led by Olympian Suma Shirur and our dedicated coaching team, our training philosophy emphasizes building character alongside skill. We teach our shooters how to handle the pressure of a final match, how to bounce back from a bad shot, and how to stay composed under the scrutiny of judges.
