Cinematic Entries & Varmala Direction
Concept & Storyboarding
- Themed Entry Concepts: Conceptualization of the Bride and Groom's entry based on specific themes (e.g., Royal Rajwada with attendants, Modern Carnival with ATVs/props, or Emotional Sufi vibes).
- Varmala Storytelling: Designing the garland exchange not as a ritual but as a climax moment, often utilizing mythological themes or high-drama music.
On-Site Execution & Technical Direction
- SFX & Tech Cueing: Direct coordination with your lighting and special effects vendors. The team cues the exact moment for cold pyros, flower showers, confetti blasts, or hydraulic stage lifts to match the music beat.
- Prop Management: Choreography involving heavy props (e.g., mirrored Pegasus, floral umbrellas, or moving chariots).
- Crowd Interaction: Positioning of family members and photographers to ensure the perfect frame is captured during the moment.
Rehearsals
- Couple & Escort Practice: 2-3 dedicated rehearsal sessions to teach the couple body language, poise, and timing.
- Audio Editing: Creating a custom 3-5 minute audio mix specifically for the entry and varmala sequence.
Full Family Sangeet Choreography
Performance Scope
- 12-15 Dance Performances: Covers the standard Sangeet hierarchy including Grand Parents, Family Groups, Friends/Cousins, and Solo Acts.
- Couple Dance: A multi-song medley telling the couple's story (Romantic + Peppy).
Training & Rehearsals
- Dedicated Assistant Team: A team of 2-3 professional choreographers deployed to your location or home for 10-15 days prior to the event.
- Flexible Timings: Round the clock rehearsals to accommodate working family members, including late night sessions.
- Director Supervision: 3-4 visits by the main director (Laadi) to clean the acts, fix formations, and add the X-factor to the couple dance.
Music & Management
- Professional Track Mixing: Seamless editing of songs, removing long intros and matching beats to keep the show tight.
- Scripting Assistance: Helping the family or Emcee with the script and flow of the event to ensure smooth transitions between dances.

Grand Visual Concepts
- Production Level Design: Complete show running for the event, including designing Opening Acts and Grand Finales.
- Tech Integration: Choreography designed to interact with 3D visuals, building projections, harness-based aerial entries, or drone shows.
Professional Troupe Management
- Backup Dancer Choreography: Choreographing a professional dance troupe (10-20 dancers) to act as background fillers for family performances. (Note: Troupe hiring cost is external).
- Shadow Dancing: Creating artistic visual storytelling segments using screens and shadows.
On-Site Command Center
- Console Management: The team takes over the technical console to call shots for Light, Sound, and LED visuals (VJing) in real-time.
- Stage Management: Managing backstage logistics, ensuring props are ready, and cues are met with precision.
- Celebrity Coordination: Coordinating entry and integration for any hired celebrity artists.

My Story
Jo bhi kaam karta hoon, sab Maa ke liye hai. 2021 mein Maa chali gayi, par unki awaaz mere saath hai - ek video banaya hai unke voice notes ka, taaki kabhi door na ho. Har project ke end mein '#माँ' likhta hoon, unko batane ke liye, ‘Maa, aapke bete ne yeh show direct kiya hai’. Challenges lene ka shauk hai, kyunki Maa dekh rahi hai. 2025 mein poora aasmaan rangna hai sirf unke liye.
