Before we touch a single strand, we run a mandatory elasticity test to ensure your hair can handle the lightening process safely. Blonde or ash tones often turn brassy after a few washes, so we use specific bond-building agents during the lift to minimize damage and apply precise toners to keep your shade cool and clean from day one.
