Laminate & Fluted WPC Panelling
Core Structure & Materials
- Base Framework: Framing using treated hardwood or aluminum sections leveled to correct wall undulations.
- Panel Substrate: 12mm or 18mm HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) boards (Action Tesa / Greenply).
- Surface Finish: 1mm decorative laminates (Merino / Royale Touché / Century) in matte, textured wood grain, or soft touch solid colors.
- Accents: Integration of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) or Charcoal louvers for vertical texture.
Design & Fabrication
- Factory Finishing: Panels are cut and edge banded in factory using PVC edge bands (Rehau).
- Layout: Geometric or straight line compositions comprising 2 to 3 distinct zones.
Electrical & Functional
- Lighting: Ambient cove lighting provision behind the floating panel (LED strip channels included).
- Utility: Cutouts for switchboards and shifting of existing electrical points (up to 2 points).
Service Experience
- Installation: 1 to 2 day on site installation using pre fab panels.
- Warranty: 5 year warranty against peeling or bubbling.
Natural Veneer with PU Polish
Core Structure & Materials
- Base Framework: Heavy duty commercial ply framework reinforced to support veneer panels.
- Surface Material: Natural Wood Veneers (0.5mm to 4mm). Species options include American Walnut, White Oak, Burma Teak, or Dyed Ash.
- Coating: 3 to 4 coats of premium Polyurethane (PU) Polish (ICA / Asian Paints Emporio) in Open Pore or Closed Pore finish.
Design & Craftsmanship
- Pattern Matching: Veneer grain matching (book matched or slip matched) for visual continuity.
- Grooving: Precision CNC routing for V grooves or U grooves to create geometric patterns.
- Joinery: Factory calibrated hairline joints.
Electrical & Functional
- Floating Elements: Internal block reinforcement included to support shelves or consoles.
- Lighting: Integration of warm white profile lighting (3000K).
- Hardware: German Hardware (Hettich/Hafele) for concealed storage doors.
Service Experience
- Sampling: Physical samples of the veneered PU polish provided for approval.
- Maintenance: Minor touch up kit provided.

- Substrate: Reinforced framework with boiling water proof (BWP) grade plywood back paneling.
- Stone Element: Flexible Stone Veneer or Large Format Porcelain Slabs (simulating Italian Marble).
- Fabric/Leather: High density 40D foam padding upholstered with premium suede, velvet, or leatherette.
- Metal Accents: PVD Coated Stainless Steel inlays in Gold, Rose Gold, or Black Chrome (SS 304 Grade).
Design & Craftsmanship
- Geometry: Asymmetrical layouts involving multiple depth levels for 3D effects.
- Transitions: Flush finishing where different materials (stone, wood, metal) meet.
- Custom Features: Inclusion of niche shelving with mirror backing or tinted glass.

What I Actually Do
- I do accent wall panelling that can totally change how a room feels - sometimes bold, sometimes subtle, but always making it the focus.
- Integrated headboard designs are kind of my thing, especially if you want that hotel wala comfort and a bit of drama with hidden lights or sleek side tables.
- If you want your TV and media stuff to blend in instead of sticking out, I do luxury TV wall units that hide the mess and look classy.
Materials & Details
- I use a mix of stuff - warm woods, stone slabs, shiny PU finishes, and sometimes a bit of gold for that touch of bling (thoda sa gold ka magic zaroori hai, right?).
- Modern fluted panels and grooves add depth, and I’m always looking for ways to make things feel a little different from the usual.
Function Meets Style
- I build in lighting so the walls look fab even at night.
- Sockets, switches - all that stuff goes hidden inside the panels, so you don’t have to see any wires or ugly bits (sab kuch clean dikhega).
