I build my pieces to last by using 18mm HDHMR for structural integrity and standard German soft-close hinges from Hettich or Blum. The finishes—whether it is PU, laminate, or veneer—are what you see, but the internal hardware and moisture-resistant core are what keep your doors, drawers, and shutters operating smoothly for years without sagging.
My process starts with a 3D design so you can visualize the exact layout before we manufacture anything in the factory. Whether you need an American Classic kitchen, a moisture-resistant bathroom vanity, or a wardrobe with smart storage, my team builds every unit to your specific measurements. We use 18mm HDHMR and BWP plywood to handle the reality of daily use in Indian homes.
