Join me for a Sunday of stitching, snacking, and making new friends in our creative, beginner-friendly punch needle workshops.

Here’s a glimpse into the calm and friendly vibe of my workshops. People gather to learn a new art form, enjoy good food, and spend a relaxing afternoon creating together.

Crafting is all about connection. This video shows the wonderful atmosphere of a recent punch needle workshop, where ladies came together to create, chat, and make new friends.

I love how crafting brings people together. This workshop was filled with the relaxing and addictive rhythm of punch needle, a perfect therapeutic art form for a weekend afternoon.

About Our Workshop in Action

You do not need a creative bone in your body to start. In these sessions, we focus on the meditative rhythm of punching yarn through fabric, turning a simple hoop into a textured piece of art. It is less about a formal class and more about our weekend adda, where we stitch, chat, and snack while making something entirely our own.

Punch needle embroidery is essentially a magic wand for making textured, fluffy art. Whether you are looking for a relaxing solo activity, a date idea, or a fun afternoon with your mum, this is the perfect creative escape.

Why join our sessions?

Most people come in with zero experience, and that is exactly how I like it. I provide all the supplies, including your hoop, monk's cloth, and plenty of colorful yarn. We typically spend 3 to 4 hours in a relaxed studio or cafe setting in Bengaluru, like Tsala Studio or Huddle Coffee Co. You will learn how to hold the tool, create different loop heights, and finish a coaster, magnet, or keychain that you can actually use.

It is more than just a craft

Beyond the art, these workshops are about the community. The repetitive motion of punching yarn is incredibly therapeutic, offering a much-needed break from screens and the daily grind. We keep the vibe informal—expect plenty of chai, coffee, and good conversation. You will leave with a new skill, a PDF guide to keep practicing at home, and usually a few new friends.

Who is this for?

Everyone aged 10 and up is welcome. No prior art background is needed. If you can hold a pen, you can punch needle. It is a fantastic way to bond with family or friends while making something beautiful to take home.

I started this because I believe crafting is the best kind of therapy. I love creating a space where you can pause, pick up a needle, and leave the day's stress behind. If you are looking for a fun, zero-pressure way to learn a new skill, I would love to have you at my next workshop.
