Signature Mumbai Photo Session
Core Coverage
- Duration: 6 to 8 hours continuous shooting within Mumbai city limits.
- Manpower: 1 Senior Candid Photographer and 1 Lighting Assistant.
- Locations: Coverage for up to 2 locations (e.g., Dadar Flower Market, Bandra Sea Link). Travel time between locations is included in the shift.
Deliverables
- Signature Edits: 35 to 40 high resolution images with skin retouching, color grading, and object removal.
- Digital Gallery: 150+ color corrected images provided via cloud link.
- Social Teasers: 5 to 7 edited images delivered within 24 to 48 hours for immediate sharing.
Shooting Scope
- Lighting: Mix of natural Golden Hour light and off camera flash for editorial style portraits.
- Guidance: Director led posing assistance and wardrobe consultation prior to the shoot.
Exclusions
- Location rental fees, permits, or ticket charges.
- Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, and props.

Core Coverage
- Duration: Full day coverage up to 12 hours.
- Crew: 3 person team including 1 Lead Photographer, 1 Associate Photographer, and 1 Senior Cinematographer.
- Drone: Aerial videography included subject to location permissions and No Fly zones.
Video Deliverables
- Highlight Film: 3 to 4 minute cinematic storytelling film set to licensed music.

Destination Multi Day Experience
Project Scope
- Duration: 2 days of shooting to capture sunrise and sunset on both days.
- Location: Available for locations outside Mumbai (Goa, Jaipur, International).
- Crew: Lead Photographers (Namit or Vipul) plus 1 Cinematographer and 1 Assistant.
Deliverables
- Extended Film: 4 to 5 minute cinematic film capturing the destination atmosphere.
- Photo Volume: 80+ signature edited images and 400+ color corrected files.
- Social Content: 3 to 4 Reels and Behind the Scenes (BTS) footage.
Premium Additions
- Album Design: Layout design included for a premium coffee table photobook (printing cost extra).
- Concepts: Execution of complex themes like underwater or heritage styles.
- Priority Delivery: Rush editing for 10 images within 24 hours.
Client Responsibilities
