Why I Make Fiber Art
I started knotting and stitching when I was a kid, learning from my mom. Now, making fiber art is how I keep my mind calm and my hands busy. Every piece I make is a bit of my own story - sometimes messy, always honest.
What You'll Find Here
- Wall hangings and dreamcatchers are my jam. I use macrame knots, hoops, and sometimes twigs from the park to make boho macrame wall hanging pieces. Feathers, fringes, and a little bit of rustic style - that's my vibe.
- Plant hangers and baskets for your 'planties' (houseplants). I make handmade cotton plant hanger designs and wall baskets that add a cozy touch and show off your greenery.
- Coasters for your chai time or coffee breaks. Some are spiraled, some woven, all made to protect your table and add a bit of handmade charm. I lean towards minimalist woven coasters, but I mix it up.
How I Work
I make everything slowly, with intention. I use natural cotton cords and keep things sustainable. If you want something custom, I'm always up for a collab - just tell me your idea and we’ll figure it out together.

Pause, stay, say hi! Swati here, fiber artist, thread addict, Mumbai girl. Books, chai, dance, and my black cat Binnu - that’s my vibe. Learned crochet and embroidery from my mom when I was tiny. Macrame came later, thanks to pandemic boredom. Knotting threads is my therapy, keeps my head sorted. My little world is all tangled up in yarn, peace, and a bit of madness.
