I do not believe in one-size-fits-all packages, so I focus on the structure and floral density of your stage before anything else. Whether you choose a 10x10 bamboo frame for a traditional ceremony or a modern geometric backdrop for a Sangeet, my team spends 8 to 10 hours on-site to ensure the fresh flowers, lighting angles, and drapery are secured properly. When you see the final setup, you will notice that the fresh marigolds and chrysanthemums are placed for volume and color saturation, ensuring the background looks as good in real life as it does in your guest's photos.
How I Approach Your Stage Design
Every event has a specific vibe, and my job is to translate your vision into a physical space. I personally oversee the installation because small errors in lighting or flower freshness can change the entire mood of a room.
Traditional Temple Style For traditional ceremonies, I focus on authentic materials. I use 'Hase' style weaving with fresh green coconut leaves, banana stalks, and dense garlands of marigolds and chrysanthemums. These setups are designed to honor tradition while ensuring the space remains functional for rituals.
Modern & Theme-Based Decor If you prefer a contemporary look, I integrate geometric structures, neon signage, and pastel silk flowers. These are excellent for Sangeet or engagement parties where you want a clean, aesthetic background. I use LED Par cans for the stage wash, which allows me to adjust the lighting temperature to match the specific color palette of your event.
What You Should Consider Before Booking
- Venue Limitations: Always check with your venue manager about ceiling height and mounting restrictions. My structures usually require a 10ft clearance, which we need to confirm before I begin the design.
- Fresh vs. Artificial: I mix fresh flowers for the primary focus areas (like the couple's seating and the arch) and high-quality silk flowers for the upper structure to create volume. This keeps the cost practical while maintaining a lush look.
- Customization: If you have seen a specific design on Pinterest or Instagram, send it over. I can replicate the structure and adapt the materials to fit your budget and the available space at your chosen venue.
