Our players undergo a rigorous regime that includes double daily sessions, specific position-based drills, and intense video analysis.

Success in the BDFA Super Division and the U-21 Youth Premier League is the result of years of consistency. We track our players' progress with periodic assessments covering technical skills, agility, and speed. Our best players are not just playing local matches; they are being prepared for the ISL and I-League pathways, with scouts frequently monitoring our progression.
Training Philosophy
Our academy at Kannuru is built for high-performance output. With licensed coaches maintaining a ratio of 1:12, we ensure that every player gets the attention they need to correct technical flaws. We push our boys in the gym and on the grass, focusing on:

- Physical Conditioning: Building the stamina required to run 90 minutes at maximum intensity.
