Every session is designed to build your professional portfolio, so you leave with high-quality photos of the bruises, cuts, and avant-garde looks you have personally created. You will walk out knowing exactly how to handle specialized materials to produce industry-standard effects.

Many artists ask me, 'Kasi, why learn SFX?' The answer is simple: versatility. While bridal makeup is about perfection, SFX makeup is about storytelling. In this course, I take you through the technical side of character creation that sets you apart from the crowd.
What You Will Master
- Prosthetic Application: We cover the basics of liquid latex and wax to change facial structures. You will learn to apply and blend edges so that your work looks seamless.
- Gore & Realism: From creating fresh, bleeding cuts to aging skin for film or theater projects, we do it all. You get to practice on live models, so you know exactly how the makeup moves and reacts on real skin.
- Fantasy & Avant-Garde: This is where you let your imagination run wild. Whether it is a Navratri goddess look with intricate details or a full-blown avatar transformation, we focus on color theory and texture to bring your vision to life.
