Building Careers Through Competitive Karate
Karate is more than a sport here, it is a gateway to your future. I train fighters who do not just win medals on the mat, but secure careers in the Indian Army and SAI through the sports quota.
The ultimate achievement. My student Rajat Kashyap in his Indian Army uniform, a position he earned through the sports quota thanks to his karate excellence. This is what we build.
Before joining the army, Rajat Kashyap was a formidable competitor on the mat. His focus and intensity in his karate gi show the foundation of his success.
About Beyond the Dojo: Careers Through Karate
If you are serious about using karate for a sports quota, understand that basic training will not cut it. To qualify for the Indian Army or SAI, you need the competitive edge that comes from 5-6 days a week of intensive Kumite, distance management drills, and WKF-standard sparring, which is exactly how students like Rajat Kashyap made the cut.
Success in the sports quota is not about potential, it is about proof. When you decide to train for a career path, you are stepping out of the recreational batch and into our advanced competitive regime. This means moving past basic Kata and focusing heavily on WKF-rule sparring, where every movement counts toward a point.
My training methodology for career-bound students is rigorous. You will work on reaction time, distance management, and high-intensity interval training. We do not just practice sequences, we simulate matches. You must be prepared to own your protective gear, dedicate 90 to 120 minutes per session, and follow a strict schedule.
I treat my advanced students as professional athletes. Whether you are aiming for the Indian Army, Assam Rifles, or SAI, the roadmap is clear. We analyze your strengths, correct your form instantly during pad work, and push you to compete in tournaments where selectors are watching. If you are ready to put in the work, I will provide the technical mentorship and the career guidance you need to make it happen.
