Behind the Scenes of My Creative Process
Every great shot starts with a vision, some trial and error, and a lot of collaboration. Here is a look at how I work with lighting, props, and direction to turn ideas into final frames.
Here's a look at a studio setup. We're using a single hard light and a silver backdrop to create a high-energy, glam-rock feel.
The setup for our disco ball shoot. Sometimes the simplest ideas, like a spotlight and some reflective surfaces, create the most magic.
Me in action, directing the model to get that perfect pose. It's all about finding the right angles and energy.
A test shot from our disco-themed session. I always take a few moments to check the light and composition before we start shooting for real.
Another angle of me at work, showing how I position myself to capture the best light and interaction with the props.

About this collection
The magic you see in the final portraits isn't just about the camera. It is about the preparation—setting up the right light, experimenting with gels, and making sure you feel at home in front of the lens. Whether we are using disco balls for texture or just a single hard light for a dramatic look, I am there to guide your posture and catch that spark so the final result feels like you, just better.
Photography is a dialogue between the camera and the subject. When you see me adjusting a light or repositioning a prop, I am not just fiddling with gear. I am hunting for the angle that highlights your features and makes you feel comfortable.
My process is collaborative. I rely on your feedback to understand which look makes you feel most like yourself, whether that is the sharp, clean lines of a professional headshot or the chaotic energy of an editorial street shoot. I guide you through poses, but I also leave room for you to just be.
If you have been hesitant about booking a shoot because you feel awkward, that is exactly what we work through together in the studio. We play with colored gels, reflectors, and background setups until we find the one that hits. The resulting images are a product of that shared effort and comfort.
