Urban & Street Style Photography
Street style is about capturing the vibe of the city. Whether we hit the neon-lit streets or a gritty parking lot, I aim to get shots that feel like they have a pulse.
A raw, high-fashion moment in an underground parking lot. The industrial setting and dramatic lighting create a very edgy and powerful image.
A slightly different angle of the same pose, showing how small adjustments can change the energy of the shot.
This profile shot focuses on the model's pose and the unique styling, with the harsh lighting creating interesting shadows.
An experimental shot using long exposure and light painting to create swirls of light around the model for a futuristic feel.
Motion blur can create a chaotic and energetic vibe, perfect for capturing the feel of the city at night.
A powerful and unconventional pose that works perfectly with the gritty, urban environment of the parking garage.
A classic street style shot. The city lights in the background create a beautiful bokeh effect, making the subject pop.
A full-length street style portrait that captures the entire look, with the store signs in the background adding to the urban atmosphere.
This shot captures the energy of the street, with the motion of the background contrasting with the model's still, strong pose.
A confident walking pose. This type of shot is great for fashion bloggers and influencers to showcase their "outfit of the night".
About Urban & Street Style
Night shoots can be tricky, but that is where the city really comes alive. I use techniques like motion blur and light painting to turn standard streets into a backdrop that has actual energy, rather than just standing still in front of a wall.
When we head out for an urban street style session, we are not just taking pictures. We are using the city as a character. Whether it is an industrial parking garage or a neon-lit market, the environment dictates the mood. I often use a slow shutter speed to capture motion, which creates that chaotic but controlled energy you see in my work. If you prefer something sharp and moody, we can focus on architectural lines and dramatic, natural shadows.
Many of my clients worry about being awkward, but street style is forgiving. The movement of the city helps you get comfortable. We will experiment with different angles and lighting, like the bokeh from city signs or the harsh contrast of garage lights. My process is simple: we walk, we talk, and we find the light that makes your look pop. You do not need to be a model to pull off these shots. You just need to show up.
Regarding styling, keep it consistent with the urban vibe. Leather jackets, denim, or textured fabrics like the leopard print look work well against city backgrounds. If you are unsure, we can discuss your wardrobe beforehand to make sure it aligns with the location we choose. Delhi offers many unique spots, from the busy alleys of South Delhi to the modern concrete structures in Gurgaon. I suggest we pick a location that fits your personality.
