Law is rarely a solo act. Beyond the courtroom arguments and heavy case files, my practice is built on a team that shares my core values of Nyay, Nishtha, and Dharma.

Celebrating Diwali at our office, Nyaypratham Legal. It is a time to reflect on our path and hope that our work continues to guide us toward success and prosperity for our clients.

A memorable moment meeting the Hon’ble Justice Pankaj Mithal of the Supreme Court of India. His ideas and thoughts always leave a lasting and inspiring impression on me.

I had a warm and insightful meeting with Prof. SP Singh Baghel, the Hon’ble Cabinet Minister of State for Law & Justice. He shared some of his vast experiences in the field of law and litigation.

A photo from my two-month internship under Sir Atmaram N.S Nadkarni, the Additional Solicitor General of India. Learning from a personality like him was a blessing that molded my perspective as a young lawyer.

Our team is our extended family. It takes a whole orchestra to play a symphony, and I am proud of the team we have built at SRCO Legal.

An early career photo. This is a reminder that while "badass" isn't an official job title, being a lawyer comes pretty close.

Another screenshot from my live debate on News Tak. The discussion focused on the regulatory mechanisms of the stock market following the Supreme Court's directives.

A shot from the News Tak bulletin where we discussed the investigation by SEBI and the Supreme Court into the Adani Group. Providing clear legal analysis on such matters is part of my public responsibility.

About Building a Legal Career: My Team & Journey

When you step into my office at Lajpat Nagar, you will not find a sterile corporate environment. You will see a workspace where we dissect cases, share real-world drafting templates, and prepare for the next day's hearing. This is where mentorship happens, not in a classroom, but in the thick of actual litigation.

Litigation is not just about knowing the law, it is about how you apply it under pressure. At Nyaypratham Legal, we operate like an orchestra. My team handles everything from FIR quashing to complex constitutional matters, and that collaborative energy is what I bring to my teaching. I do not believe in teaching students from outdated textbooks alone. Whether I am judging a moot court or conducting a session on POSCO defense strategies, I bring my live courtroom experiences to the table.

We focus on the how. How to read a charge sheet, how to argue for bail, and how to stay ethical when the pressure mounts. If you are looking to understand the real-world lifecycle of a criminal case or need guidance on navigating the initial years of your practice, my workshops offer a roadmap that goes beyond bare acts. We cover the entire spectrum, from drafting petitions to understanding police remand hearings. This is mentorship grounded in reality, designed to turn confusion into confidence. We bridge the gap between law school theory and the chaotic, fast-paced reality of the Indian legal system.

I am Kanishk, and I practice primarily at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. I believe that being a lawyer is about more than just a title. It is about the grit to fight for justice and the willingness to teach what I have learned along the way.
