- Organic Balloon Garland: Premium balloon arrangement (approx. 10-12 running feet) using high-quality pastel, metallic, or chrome balloons.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (plinths) or a themed main table for cake cutting.
Props & Detailing
- Character Cutouts: 3-4 large foam-board cutouts (2ft to 4ft height) placed around the setup.
- Signage: Neon 'Happy Birthday' light rental or customized card-stock name signage.
- Floor Elements: Artificial grass carpet patch (approx 8x4 ft) or themed floor rug.
- Decorative Fillers: Small themed props (mini fences, chests, flowers) depending on the theme.
Logistics
- Team: 2 professional decorators.
- Timing: Setup takes 90-120 minutes before the party. Breakdown done immediately after or next morning.
- Transport: Logistics within city limits included.

My Story
Hey, we’re Kaboom! Our thing? 'Let's Play, Hurray!' We kicked off with the idea that kids need a wild, colourful space to just be themselves. We’ve got two spots in Pune - Aundh and Seasons Mall. Watching kiddos go nuts in the ball pit or get crafty, that’s our daily dose of happiness. Birthdays? Oh, we go all out! Harry Potter, Avengers, you name it, we make it happen. Our team’s all heart, and we love a good party.
