A curated look at spaces where heritage craftsmanship meets contemporary living. Discover our approach to layered, personal design.

This expansive view of the Magnolia project captures our approach to holistic design. We create flowing spaces where living and dining areas are in conversation, unified by a palette of warm woods, bespoke furniture from our Koko collection, and curated art. It is a space designed not just for seeing, but for living in beautifully.

In the Aishbagh holiday home, a bedroom becomes a personal sanctuary with a view of Damdama Lake. We believe in spaces that connect with their surroundings, using natural light, art like these Kalighat paintings, and rich textiles like the Kurdish kilim to create a sense of place and peaceful retreat.

The Lella Sideboard from our Koko by K2India collection is a statement of our love for handcrafted detail. The bold, graphic inlay work paired with the sculptural Soho Mirror demonstrates how we use bespoke furniture not just as an object, but as the powerful focal point of a room's story.

An entrance lobby should be an immersive introduction to the home. In this Camellias apartment, we layered textures like ribbed wood veneers, Italian marble, and a hand-knotted rug to create a passage that is both grand in scale and warm in feeling, setting a tone of discovered richness.

We love to play with form and colour to create memorable moments. In the K Residence dining room, the sculptural brass base of the table, dusty pink chairs, and ethereal Meshmatics chandeliers come together to craft an environment that is both sophisticated and joyfully elegant for entertaining.

Even the most functional spaces are an opportunity for artistry. This powder room is designed as a jewel box, where a sculptural stone vanity, artisanal brassware, and dramatic Bocci lighting transform a simple utility area into a corner of unexpected beauty and detail.

We see every project as a journey of transformation. This video of the Magnolia Project shows our process, taking a space from bare walls to a fully realized home, layered with bespoke furniture, curated art, and a distinct, harmonious character that reflects its inhabitants.

Our design process is deeply hands-on, born from a lifetime spent on workshop floors. Here, surrounded by chair prototypes from our Koko collection, I am in my element. This connection to craftsmanship allows us to ensure every piece is not just designed, but built with integrity and a deep understanding of material.

We believe in extending the living space outwards, blurring the lines between inside and out. This comfortable balcony seating area overlooks a stunning vista, creating a serene outdoor lounge that serves as a perfect urban retreat for quiet mornings or evening conversations.

The entrance to the Courtyard Home is a narrative of heritage and tranquility. Framed by old Chettinad doors and teak columns from Kerala, the view opens to a courtyard centered around a temple replica, immediately grounding the home in a rich, cultural context and a sense of peace.

About Featured

Our design process begins on the workshop floor, not just the drawing board. Every piece of furniture you see here, from the brass-inlaid sideboards to the custom upholstery, is created in our own studio. This means we control the quality and the story of every material, whether it is Italian marble or reclaimed teak, ensuring your home is not a catalogue copy but a reflection of your own narrative.
