- Form Review: Video review of main lifts (Deadlift, Squat, Bench) submitted via WhatsApp for technical feedback.
- Exercise Demos: Links to external videos for form reference.
Diet & Nutrition
- Macro-Calculated Chart: Meal plans based on BMR and TDEE with specific protein targets.
- Indian Market Focus: Emphasis on easily available whole foods (Rice, Dal, Paneer, Chicken) rather than exotic ingredients.
- Dietary Preferences: Accommodations for Vegetarian, Vegan, or Keto requirements.

Floor Supervision
- Heavy Lifting Support: Expert spotting for compound movements allowing training to failure safely.
- Form Correction: Immediate tactile and verbal cues to fix posture and muscle engagement.
- Equipment Guidance: Supervised usage of gym-specific machinery like Cable crossovers and Smith machines.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Full Diet Plan: Includes all components of the Remote Coaching package (Diet charts, grocery guide, and supplement strategy).
- Body Composition: Regular measurement of inches lost or gained and weight tracking using gym scales.
- Nutritional Timing: Strategies for pre and post-workout meals to maximize recovery.
