Our design philosophy, rooted in contextual awareness and quiet confidence, continues to gain recognition from leading design publications and industry awards.

I am honored to receive the Hospitality Architecture award for Baia Villas at the IDAC Infinity Awards. This recognition fuels our passion to craft spaces that reflect the past while making a lasting impact on society.

A photo from the IDAC Infinity Awards ceremony, where I presented the Baia Villas project. It was a privilege to share the story and vision behind this 'Happiness Project' with my industry colleagues.

My team and I with the IDAC Hospitality Architecture award at our studio. This is a celebration of the incredible collaborators and clients who believed in our vision.

It was an honor to be invited to the esteemed jury for the FRAME Awards 2025. Contributing to a global dialogue that celebrates innovation and pushes the boundaries of spatial design is a responsibility I hold in high regard.

In a recent excerpt with ET Hospitality World, I explored how contextual design creates spaces that feel rooted in place. I believe that by honoring the intrinsic language of each site, architecture becomes a bridge between tradition and contemporary living.

In conversation with Tatler Asia, I outlined five resolutions for a modern home built on meaningful interactions and thoughtful materiality. In an age of ever-changing trends, the need for spaces that connect us remains constant.

I was thrilled to have our work showcased in Elle Decor. In the feature, I decode Goa through the lens of architecture, sharing how the design journey for our projects honors the region's rich heritage while embracing a contemporary approach.

Our Baia Villas project was featured in the Deccan Herald. I shared how the U-shaped design seamlessly integrates the indoor pool into the villa’s layout, maximizing the use of a compact site while creating a sunlit focal point.

Another image from our feature in the Deccan Herald on the indoor pool at Baia Villas. The design, wrapped in soft peach hues, draws from Portuguese architectural styles to create a modern yet contextual space.

In an exclusive feature with GoodHomes Magazine, I discussed the renaissance of Portuguese-inspired architecture. Projects like Tellado Villas embody this revival, balancing heritage and modernity through innovative roofs and sustainable materials.

About In the Media: Awards & Recognition

Receiving the Hospitality Architecture award for Baia Villas at the IDAC Infinity Awards was a significant moment for our studio. This project captures our approach to contextual design, where we used traditional elements to create a space that feels deeply rooted in its Goan setting, balancing modern luxury with regional heritage.

Architecture is a dialogue between the site, the culture, and the people who inhabit the space. Being recognized for this dialogue, whether through industry awards like the IDAC Infinity Awards or features in publications such as FRAME, Elle Decor, and Tatler Asia, affirms our commitment to purposeful design.

When we were invited to join the jury for the FRAME Awards 2025, it offered us an opportunity to contribute to the global conversation on spatial innovation. Similarly, when media outlets like The Times of India or GoodHomes Magazine cover our projects, they are highlighting the specific, granular details—like the use of laterite, the integration of indoor pools, or the reinterpretation of Portuguese roofs—that define our practice.

We do not design for trends. We design for longevity and meaning. Whether it is an exhibition booth for Plüsch or a private residence, our goal remains consistent: to create environments that resonate with the spirit of the place. These awards and features serve as indicators that our focus on sustainability, material honesty, and quiet confidence resonates with the broader design community. We continue to welcome projects that allow us to explore these boundaries and craft spaces that genuinely belong to their context.
