This symmetrical facade of Baia Villas in Goa captures the essence of our design philosophy. It is a conversation between heritage and modernity, using bold color and form to create a space that is both joyful and architecturally significant.
At Tellado Villas, this semi-open passageway is where structure and nature meet. The rhythmic wooden beams and warm, ambient lighting create a tranquil transition, demonstrating our focus on crafting experiences, not just buildings.
This film offers a deeper narrative into the Baia Villas, my most personal interpretation of Goa's 'susegad' lifestyle. This render showcases Evershine House, our upcoming premium office tower on Turner Road, Bandra. The design bridges the heritage of South Bombay with the vibrant energy of its location, featuring stone-clad arches and a contemporary form that contributes to the evolving streetscape.
The open-plan living and dining area in Tellado Villas is a study in material contrast and minimalist elegance. I used a thoughtful selection of stones and a soft wooden backdrop to create a space that feels both luxurious and contextually grounded.
A glimpse of the Sea Sky Villa, a design that responds directly to its dramatic terrain. This render shows how the structure embraces the natural contours of the site, creating semi-open nooks and framing breathtaking views of the sea.
The rooftop of the Arte apartments is designed as a tropical retreat. Featuring a refreshing pool, stunning arches to cool the heat, and playful pops of color, this space is a direct reflection of Goan culture and our commitment to creating relaxing, modern living environments.

We move beyond standard 3D renders. Our approach integrates rigorous BIM coordination with hand-drawn concept sketches. This allows us to balance the technical precision of solar analysis and structural grid optimization with the human warmth of light and texture. For projects like the Baia Villas in Mandrem, this meant embracing a two-tone velatura palette to echo the Goan landscape, ensuring the architecture feels like a natural extension of the locale rather than an imposition.
