yoga is not a fitness trend, nor is it a commodity to be sold. it is a system of self-mastery born from south indian soil, not a gym routine for the modern ego. let's cut through the noise.

The modern market sells "Tantra" as sexual exploration, but this is a lie. True Tantra is a discipline of self-mastery combining Mantra (sound), Yantra (form), and a method of weaving them together to unite the self with the absolute.

The Tantric Trickster uses the language of sacred union to disguise lust. Real Tantra is holy, a path of devotion and stillness, not a predator's maze.

The practice of Tantra is a spiritual science of expansion. It uses the body, mind, and energy to awaken higher consciousness, transforming desire into a pathway for transcendence.

The Sanskrit word 'Tantra' means an instrument of expansion or a method of weaving together. It is not hedonism or occultism, but a method for pursuing liberation.

Honesty over theatrics. It would be far nobler for men to admit the hunger of the body than to corrupt the language of the soul by disguising desire as a spiritual initiation.

The 8 Limbs of Yoga are a ladder, not a buffet. It starts with Yama (ethical restraints) like honesty, not spiritual accessories.

The next limbs are Niyama (internal disciplines) and Asana (physical postures). Asana is for stillness, not a sweaty performance.

Pranayama (breath control) and Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) are next. Without turning inward, the mind remains a restless tourist.

Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) are the higher limbs. Without concentration, meditation is just fancy daydreaming.

The final limb is Samadhi (absorption), where the doer disappears into pure being. Yoga is walking all eight limbs, not just the pose.

About The Roots of Yoga

if you think yoga is about touching your toes, you have been lied to. here, we treat the ashtanga system as a complete ladder, not a menu. i do not teach poses to make you sweat, i teach discipline to make you see. this is about dismantling the ego, not decorating it.
