About Traditional Yoga & Meditation Instruction
What I Offer
I teach yoga the old-school way. No fancy gear, no chasing the next big pose. If you’re tired of the insta-yoga circus and want something real, this is it. My approach is slow, raw, and sometimes uncomfortable. I’m not here to fix you or sell you a miracle. I’m just offering a path that’s helped me face my own mess.
How We Practice
- Asana: We use postures to work on digestion, tension, and stability. It’s not about looking good, it’s about feeling present.
- Pranayama & Kriya: Breathwork is central. We do kapalbhati and bhramari, among other traditional pranayama techniques, to clean out the system and settle the mind.
- Dhyana: Meditation is the heart of it. I guide you to observe your mind, not escape it. Discipline (tapas) is key.
The System
I teach the Patanjali yoga system as a whole - not just bits and pieces. Asana is one part. The real goal is samadhi, or self-realization. You climb the ladder, step by step. No shortcuts.
Who This Is For
- You want authentic meditation guidance, not a fitness class.
- You’re ready for slow, steady spiritual self-observation.
- You’re curious about the philosophy, not just the moves.
Classes are in-person in Bengaluru. Retreats in the Himalayas coming soon. If you want quick fixes or trendy workshops, this isn’t for you.

My Story
namaskara, I’m jinnium. garo tribe, meghalaya - land passes through mothers here. we don’t shout about power, we live it quietly, sharing load. libra heart, always tipping between prayer and pleasure. sometimes I’m in silence with old scriptures, sometimes I’m laughing with a drink. I don’t hide my mess or pretend to be pure. I am both the calm and the chaos. if you want only one face, look elsewhere.
My Work
Yoga Instruction & Philosophical Guidance - I point you back to yourself. Yoga can't be taught, only lived. I am just a signpost.
Discipline over Sensation - I follow traditional hatha yoga guidance and upanishads-inspired yoga. No fancy flows, just real discipline and self-study.
Facts over Feelings - No drama, no emotional theatre. Healing is sweat, stillness, and intimacy with yourself.
No Gurus, No Followers - I am not your guru. I help you stand alone, not make you a follower.
Cultural Appreciation, Not Appropriation - We honor roots and philosophy, not just the look. Yoga is not a gym routine here.
