This video captures the vibrant, immersive atmosphere I created for the Netflix 'Mismatched Adda' promotional event. From the custom neon light tunnel entrance to the branded photo walls, every element was designed to be interactive and shareable, ensuring the brand was front and center.
I can transform vast outdoor spaces for large-scale corporate functions. This image shows a gala dinner setup, where I used an extensive canopy of string lights to create a warm, sophisticated ambiance for hundreds of guests, ensuring a memorable evening event.
A clear view of a stage I designed for the AON Credit Service annual event. The setup features a large, high-resolution LED screen for presentations, flanked by branded panels, demonstrating how I integrate corporate identity directly into the main focal point of an event.
Lighting is key to setting the mood. For this large outdoor event, I designed a dramatic canopy with fabric drapes and string lights radiating from a central point, creating a stunning visual centerpiece that elevated the entire venue.
This shows my capability in handling large, themed daytime events. For this AON corporate function, I used a vibrant color palette with purple and white seating, complemented by colorful hanging lanterns to create a festive and engaging atmosphere.
The guest journey starts with the entrance. Here, I constructed a magical walkway covered entirely in fairy lights, creating an unforgettable first impression and a perfect photo opportunity for attendees of a corporate reception.
This is a stage setup designed for an awards night or corporate sangeet, complete with a full band setup. The large LED backdrop can be customized with brand visuals or dynamic graphics, while the side panels add texture and depth to the design.

I manage the installation process myself to maintain quality control on every site. When I plan a venue layout, I prioritize sightlines and traffic flow—ensuring that whether it is a high-energy brand activation or an awards night, your guests can interact with the space without feeling crowded.
My work focuses on the intersection of function and visuals. I do not believe in generic setups; I adapt the decor to the specific needs of the event, whether it is a corporate gala or a private wedding.
My Design Process
- Brand Integration: For corporate clients like AON, I ensure your branding is woven into the structure. This means using LED walls, custom signage, and color-matched lighting instead of just placing banners in a room.
- Lighting & Atmosphere: Lighting is the quickest way to change the mood of a venue. I utilize fairy light canopies for evening galas and neon structures for launches to create an environment that feels finished rather than just 'decorated'.
- Technical Reliability: I specialize in full-scale venue transformations. From setting up P3/P4 LED screens for presentations to creating glare-free backdrops for photography, I handle the technical hardware as seriously as the aesthetic elements.

Based in Vile Parle, I operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether you have a banquet hall, an outdoor lawn, or a beachside space, I can plan the layout to suit the location’s specific constraints.
