Featured Event Decor and Venue Transformations
A look at some of my recent work around Mumbai. These setups represent the variety of event spaces I have transformed, from grand entrance gates to complete venue layout arrangements.
This is the kind of grand entrance I create for large-scale events. I use a combination of structural elements, dramatic overhead string lighting, and a classic red carpet to make sure guests feel the impact from the moment they arrive.
Here is a traditional stage I designed, perfect for a wedding reception or cultural festival. The design features extensive red and white fabric draping across the ceiling, intricate lighting, and a detailed golden centerpiece to create a rich, celebratory atmosphere.
This aerial view shows how I can transform an entire outdoor space for a nighttime event. My work here included the illuminated arched walkway, lawn lighting, and the overall seating area layout to create a cohesive and magical environment.
For corporate events and sangeet nights, I build stages that incorporate modern technology. This setup features a large central LED screen framed by floral decor and elegant, illuminated side panels, providing a professional backdrop for performances and presentations.
I create atmosphere with lighting, like this canopy of fairy lights for an outdoor dinner. This setup transforms a simple lawn into an elegant dining space, perfect for corporate dinners, receptions, or private parties.
For large gatherings, I manage the complete seating layout and decor. This image shows a long red carpet aisle leading to the main stage, with formal, covered chairs arranged theater-style to accommodate a large number of guests.
I also design creative and high-energy entrances. This colorful, carnival-style light tunnel was built for a party, using a series of arches with bold lighting to create a fun and memorable entryway for guests.

When I plan a setup, I focus on the logistics first—ensuring the lighting placement avoids harsh shadows on your stage and that the structures are sturdy enough for the venue layout. It is about creating a space that works as well as it looks, whether it is a corporate event or a wedding.
I have been decorating events in Mumbai since 2003. My approach is simple: you tell me your vision, and I handle the execution. Whether you need a formal stage for a corporate conference or a vibrant outdoor setting for a wedding reception, I manage everything from the foundation to the final touches.
Why my approach works
- Logistics first: Before we discuss the aesthetics, I look at the space. I assess the venue, understand the flow of traffic for your guests, and ensure the seating and stage placement make sense for your specific event size.
- Structural integrity: For outdoor events, I build pandals and canopies that are weather-proof and stable. A pretty setup is useless if it cannot handle the venue conditions.
- Lighting and atmosphere: Lighting is more than just visibility. I use specific light tunnels, focus lights for the stage, and ambient fairy lights to change the mood of a space from day to night.

We are based in Mira Road, but we cover the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether it is a small home function or a large-scale event, I provide the same level of attention. We bring our own team for fabrication, flooring, and floral arrangements, so you do not have to manage multiple vendors.
