How I Think About Desserts

For me, desserts aren’t just a sweet finish - they’re about celebrating all the little wins. I get that you want something memorable, so I put my heart into every pastry and jar. Most days, I’m either testing new flavours or making sure every bite is just right.

What’s In My Kitchen

You’ll find everything from decadent chocolate pastries to lighter, guilt-free sweets. If you’re after something rich, my Death by Chocolate and Dutch Truffle slices hit the spot. Want fruity? The Royal Opera’s got creamy layers and fresh fruit.

I love mixing things up too - check out my fusion dessert jars, like Rasmalai Tres Leches or Lotus Mango Cheese Pastry cups. Classic fans can dig into Nutella Mousse or Tiramisu.

If you’re a cheesecake lover, I go all out with artisanal cheesecakes - think Biscoff, Nutella, and the burnt St. Sebastian. Sometimes, I’ll throw in a Baked Gulab Jamun Cheesecake for that Indian twist.

For something different, I make bombolini donuts stuffed with gooey chocolate or custard, and a Pistachio Kunafa Cake that’s all crispy layers and creamy pistachio.

Healthier Choices

I know some folks want treats without the guilt. So, I bake millet cookies (ragi, bajra - no maida, no sugar) and multigrain options sweetened with jaggery or dates.

When the Craving Hits

Cravings don’t follow a schedule. I get it. That’s why I keep things running late, so you can get your favourite dessert anywhere in Mumbai, whenever you need that sweet fix.
