Custom Fire Props and Wearable Art
I build every piece of gear in my Indian workshop, from custom-engineered fire fans to wearable flame headdresses. Whether you need professional-grade spinning equipment or a statement piece for a stage performance, everything is crafted to handle heat and motion.
A dramatic scene showcasing two of our custom creations. One artist wields a powerful fire gun, while the other spins fire, demonstrating the different scales of flame and energy we can incorporate into a single performance.
The dynamic blur of spinning fire fans. We design our fans for both visual impact and performance ergonomics, allowing the artist to create mesmerizing patterns of light and motion.
This video highlights one of our custom fire headdresses in action. The prop is designed to be both secure and visually stunning, allowing the performer to incorporate it into fluid dance movements.
A look at our performance gear in a nightclub setting. This clip shows a transition from fire fans to LED props, demonstrating the versatility of our shows and our ability to adapt to different lighting and safety requirements.
About Custom Fire Props & Wearable Art
Getting the right gear is about physics as much as it is aesthetics. I build my fans and poi sets with a focus on weight distribution and spin stability, using heavy-duty Kevlar heads that hold fuel through a full set. If you are ordering a custom headdress or a specific fan design, we start by matching the dimensions to your body and your flow style so the equipment works with you, not against you.
Every piece of equipment in my workshop serves a specific purpose. For fire fans, I use 4mm to 5mm mild steel to ensure the center of gravity is balanced for technical spinning. The wicks are secured with wire stitching, avoiding adhesives that can fail under high heat. When you choose a set of fans or a custom wire-frame headdress, we discuss your movement style, whether you need high-speed flow or slower, dramatic, stage-focused spins.
For those looking to learn, my 5-session online masterclass breaks down the geometry of the craft, from grip styles to body alignment. We do not just spin fire; we study the movement, the wall planes, and the technical foundation required to perform safely. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, you need gear that feels like an extension of your body, not just a prop. If you have an idea for a show or a specific prop build in mind, reach out and we can start the fabrication process.
