We create sunlit, airy wedding ceremonies that blend contemporary aesthetics with traditional influences. Every setup transforms outdoor spaces into serene, deeply personal gardens.

We created a modern 'Mughal Garden' for this Jaipur wedding, using a soothing palette, intricate backdrops, and lush florals to evoke palatial elegance.

The 'Oasis of Love' featured a stunning pavilion with Mughal-inspired arches and pillars, creating a sophisticated and architectural seating area for guests.

A view of the 'Gulab Bagh' wedding aisle, flanked by a water channel filled with rose petals, leading towards the ethereal organza mandap.

For this Anand Karaj by Lake Pichola, we used an all-white theme with baby's breath flowers and elegant umbrellas to create a serene, dream-like atmosphere.

Our 'Handpainted Story' wedding theme, featuring a backdrop of large-scale, hand-painted arches in soft pink hues for a romantic and artistic statement.

The vibrant red 'Gulal Bagh' mandap, inspired by Jaipuri architecture, stands out beautifully against the lush green backdrop.

About Elegant Daytime Weddings

Daytime weddings present a unique challenge, requiring a balance between open, natural light and guest comfort. Rather than using heavy, light-blocking structures, we focus on material-first design: French cane furniture, organic linen drapes, and installations that catch the sunlight without overwhelming the landscape. We prioritize creating a space that breathes and feels like a natural extension of the venue.

Our approach to daytime ceremonies is rooted in the belief that the setting should complement, not compete with, the natural light. Whether it is an Anand Karaj by the lake or a garden ceremony in the city, we strip back the heavy, evening-style production to focus on textures and elements that thrive in the sun.

The Material Palette

For daytime events, we lean into natural materials. We frequently use French cane furniture, wood, and terracotta accents, which ground the setup in a rustic, elegant aesthetic. We often utilize organza and soft cotton drapes instead of heavy velvet or silk, allowing the breeze to move through the mandap and seating areas. This keeps the atmosphere relaxed and prevents the space from feeling stifling.

Floral & Structural Design

We design installations with high-density, airy florals. Instead of tight, structural arrangements, we look for volume using Hydrangeas, Baby's Breath, and wilder, garden-style greens. For our mandap designs—like the 'Gulab Bagh' or our various Mughal-inspired arches—we use open, airy frames that allow for glimpses of the blue sky or the greenery behind. We incorporate water bodies, such as our signature petal-filled channels, to reflect the light and add a cooling, calming presence to the ceremony.

Personalization Over Templates

We do not work with pre-set templates. If you are planning a ceremony, we look at the venue’s specific orientation and the time of day to dictate the layout. For a lakeside setting, we might focus on soft, white-on-white palettes to maximize the reflection of the water. For a garden wedding, we might introduce warmer, sun-drenched hues inspired by the surroundings. Our goal is to create a seamless transition between your venue and your ceremony, ensuring every detail reflects your specific story.

We are Anusha and Rishita. We believe a wedding day should not feel like a production line. For us, it is about pulling together the little details—the texture of the upholstery, the specific scent of the flowers, and the way the light hits the mandap—to make the venue feel like an extension of your home.
