Our 3-Stage Smart Home Automation Process
We have simplified the automation journey into three clear steps, ensuring your home gets smarter without any of the construction mess.
Every project starts with a site visit. This is Part 1 of my 3-stage process, where I assess the site to understand your needs and determine the most suitable type of automation for your home.
Part 2 is the design phase. My electrical team studies the house drawing, designs the automation system, and incorporates it into the plan for your approval before any work begins.
Part 3 is execution. My technical team installs the devices as per the approved design, setting up scenes and moods. We ensure no damage is done and that your traditional switches remain intact.
As a smart home designer, I specialize in retrofit solutions. This means I can upgrade your home with the latest technology, like this touch switch, without any rewiring or replacing your existing lights.

Work in progress at a farmhouse in Gurgaon. Here, I am on-site with the client, setting up scenes and configuring dimming and mood lighting on the wireless keypad automation system.
The final delivery day is always exciting. Here, we are setting up the scenes on the client's iPad and completing the final integration of their new smart home system.
Welcome to iSmart for you. I transform your space with smart retrofit solutions, which means you get all the benefits of automation without the disruption of major construction.
Sometimes you dress up formally for a client meeting and end up on a site visit. But that's the fun of the job, being hands-on and involved in every step of the project.
About Our Process: From Plan to Perfection
We use retrofit technology, which means we can upgrade your home to a smart system without any rewiring, drilling, or paint damage. Your traditional switches remain fully functional, so anyone in the family—kids or elders—can use the lights exactly as they always have.
Automation should be a stress-free experience, not a construction project. We have built our service around a three-stage process that prioritizes your peace of mind and your home's integrity.
Stage 1: The Site Visit
Everything starts here. We come to your home to understand your lifestyle and current setup. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all, so we assess what you actually need—whether it is mood lighting for the living room, motion sensors for the hallway, or just remote control for your AC and geyser. We define the scope clearly so you know exactly what is happening.
Stage 2: Electrical Design
Once we understand your needs, our team reviews your existing electrical drawings. We integrate the automation plan directly into your current setup. This is where we ensure that your smart system works in harmony with your home's original wiring. We discuss the final plan with you to make sure everything matches your expectations before we touch a single wire.
Stage 3: Execution
This is where the magic happens. Our technical team installs the hardware—fitting modules inside your existing switchboards—without any wall breaking or rewiring. We then configure your scenes, voice commands, and app controls. By the time we leave, your home is fully connected, and we give you a complete demo so everyone in the house, from children to grandparents, feels comfortable using the new system.
We provide service across Delhi NCR, and if you want to see how these devices work before committing, you can always visit our Experience Center in Sector 63, Noida.
