Every container structure we deliver is built to handle local weather conditions. We use marine-grade containers with structural steel reinforcement, followed by thermal insulation using PUF or glass wool to keep the interior temperature stable. You won't be getting a basic metallic shell; we fit these out with concealed fire-retardant wiring, durable flooring, and finished interiors that make them feel like permanent, solid construction.
When you choose a container structure, the primary challenge is ensuring it does not feel like a shipping box. We solve this through precise 3D layout planning and high-grade finishes.
Our Build Process
- Planning: We start with your requirements, sketching out the space in 3D to ensure the layout is functional before we begin any fabrication.
- Structural Integrity: We reinforce 20ft and 40ft marine-grade containers with structural steel. This provides the necessary foundation for windows, doors, and electrical fittings without compromising the shell's strength.
- Climate Control: Depending on your site and usage, we apply either PUF or glass wool insulation. This is critical for preventing heat absorption, especially in Bengaluru's climate.
- Finishing: We install PVC or MDF wall paneling, heavy-duty cement fiber board bases, and concealed electrical wiring.
Whether you need a 160 sq. ft. studio with an attached washroom or a larger 320 sq. ft. partitioned office, we manage the entire project. This includes rust-proofing, weather-resistant PU paint, and plumbing for pantries or bathrooms. We handle all fabrication in our workshop and manage delivery and installation across Karnataka, ensuring the structure arrives ready for use.
