I stick to a 100% vegetarian fusion menu because I believe you do not need meat to have a great party. From loaded pizzas to those desserts that make you forget your diet, the entire menu is designed for passing plates around and actually enjoying the meal with your squad.
I handle the setup too. If you are coming in for a celebration, I do custom decor—balloons, rose petals, marquee lights—anything to match the mood you are going for. I prefer keeping the events intimate for groups of 6 to 20 people. This way, you aren't just one of many; you are the only group in the room, so you can actually talk, chill, and focus on the 'remember that one time' moments that we are all about.
