Material Selection

We choose materials based on longevity and maintenance requirements. For instance, our WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) decking is selected specifically for its resistance to moisture and fading, which is essential for open terraces. When building pergolas, we use heavy-duty Mild Steel hollow box sections with anti-rust zinc primer and PU exterior paint to prevent corrosion.

The Design Process

Before a single tile is laid, we provide a 3D design and a detailed site visit. This allows us to map out the space accurately, ensuring that furniture placement, electrical points for lighting, and planter boxes align with how you actually use the area.

Why Details Matter

• Drainage Systems: We install specialized drain cells and gravel beds under turf and decking to prevent water stagnation, a common issue in many Bangalore apartments.
• Concealed Electricals: For pergolas and outdoor lighting, we route all wiring through concealed PVC conduits within the steel framework, keeping the look clean and safe.
• Plant Survival: We select greenery—like Palms, Ficus, or flowering shrubs—that thrive in the local environment and provide a free replacement guarantee if they struggle within the first 30 days.
