About South Indian Meals and Pooja Food
Our Nagarbhavi pooja order was a no-onion, no-garlic Karnataka-style meal. Kosambari, carrot and beans palya, hesaru bele payasam and majjige joined rice, sambar and rasam.
Tamil Nadu-style meals
We prepare rice with sambar, rasam, vatha kuzhambu, poriyal and kootu. Appalam, pickle, masala vada and payasam appear in our meal spreads. Our work includes a six-member order to Chikkabanaswadi and a baby-shower lunch to Whitefield.
Karnataka-style functions
A 40-member baby-shower meal went to CV Raman Nagar. We have also prepared Karnataka-style food for Varamahalakshmi, with an order delivered to Devasandra.
Food for the festival
Our Ugadi menu included bevu bella, holige, kosambari and majjige huli. Tamil New Year meals were served on banana leaves. Navaratri prasadam choices include variety rice, sundal and several kinds of payasam.
These are separate menus for separate occasions. The chosen dishes and requirements shape each order. Pooja food, housewarming meals and Thithi meals are all part of our kitchen's work.
