About Newborn Moments: Life's First Breath
My newborn sessions are defined by patience above all else. We do not force your baby into complex poses that they are uncomfortable with, nor do we rush to finish. If your baby needs to feed or be soothed, we pause. This time is for you to simply be with your child, while I document the authentic way you hold, touch, and look at them.
I offer two distinct directions for newborn portraits: High-Key and Low-Key. For a fresh, bright aesthetic, my all-white studio setup acts as a blank canvas where your family’s connection takes centre stage. For something more classic and moody, I use dark backgrounds that strip away distractions, focusing entirely on expressions and the raw emotion of these early days.
Every session is a conversation before it is a shoot. We start with a mood board to discuss the tone you want, whether it is minimalist, floral, or something more vintage like a classic wicker pram. My goal is to capture your 'kahani' (story), not just a pretty image. Whether we are in my Noida studio or you prefer me to travel to your location in Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, or Dubai, the approach remains the same: gentle, quiet, and led by the baby’s rhythm. The result is a collection of images that will feel like a memory frozen in time, capturing not just how your baby looked, but how they made you feel.
